Bluecap Financial services our clients' needs by following a structured Financial Planning Process:
Introductory Meeting
The first step is for us to get to know you. We will discuss your current financial and personal circumstances and identify your immediate and long-term goals and objectives. In addition to identifying your most pressing financial issues, we counsel with you to determine if we are a “good fit” for an ongoing professional relationship.
Data Gathering
We will work with you to gather data including account statements, tax returns, trust documents, and other pertinent information so we can clearly see what steps you have taken towards your financial future. We will also review your personal Risk Tolerance Profile.
Analysis
Now that we know where you are, our firm will analyze whether or not your current position is in line with your financial goals and if any pieces are missing. We may perform the following based on your current circumstances:
- Portfolio Review and Asset Allocation Analysis
- Employer-Sponsored Plan Analysis
- Business Succession / Insurance Analysis
- Retirement Income Planning Analysis
- Estate Plan Review
- Cash Flow Analysis
- Educational Funding Analysis
- Personal Insurance Needs Analysis
- Financial Security for Dependents with Special Needs
- Other analyses based on your individual needs
Recommendations
We will present recommendations, and together create a plan tailored to your unique financial circumstances, goals, objectives, and risk profile.

Implementation
At this stage of the process, we know who you are, what you have, and where you want to be. We have designed a customized plan to help you reach your financial goals; now it’s time to implement the plan. This includes portfolio design implementation, account transfers, and coordination with your other advisors (Accountant, Estate Planning Attorney).
Monitoring
Things change as time passes including who you are, what you want, and what you need. Our ongoing Financial Planning Update System is one of the most important parts of our Financial Planning Process. We will meet to review account performance, discuss current Financial Planning matters, address potential portfolio changes, make sure we are sticking to our plan, and confirm that our plan is still in line with your long-term financial goals.
